Irish Food Emporium

The Irish Food Emporium is a specialty food store located just off Grafton Street, in the heart of Dublin. Founder, William Despard is passionate about promoting Irish food producers. Proud owner of the Bretzel Bakery, has transformed that Portobello institution into the world class bakery it is today. Bretzel Bakery became the Irish 2020 Blas (Taste) Supreme Champion which prompted William, to open a Bretzel Bakery Pop-Up shop located on on Duke Street , Dublin. He expanded the idea to bring complementary award-winning food to the city centre and thus, The Irish Food Emporium was born.
